AMCOR Property professionals

Extremely poorly managed Property Management Company. Substandard practice, illegal entry into my personal vehicle while on my property managed by them. They have no problem bullying and targeting single unit owners sending multiple absolutely ridiculous citations, vague threats of having my vehicle towed at my expense for not displaying a valid license plate. I don't know where they get their information from but last I checked totally legal to have a temporary tag for 30 days while repairing your car. They need to learn to employ people who are confident do their research and don't take it legal actions gaining entry to a vehicle that was not theirs in my parking lot where I own my home. Good luck to anybody who has his property management company nobody wants a bully and nobody wants petty BS when spending over $110,000 on a home managed by them want to make complaint about the potholes the size of pickup trucks in my parking lot how about are always murky hazy pool how about not being able to keep up with our Landscaping the list goes on

I have been attempting to contact my property manager for almost a week now to no avail. My car was supposed to be towed within 24 to 48 hour for expired tags, which is understandable. However, I fixed the issue and tried to communicate that to them. Its been a week to the day, and they just towed my up to date car for no reason. This is absolutely unacceptable! Definitely not professionals at all. Please save yourself the headache and look else where.

Not Happy with amcor!

First off, I have yet to recieve a copy of the hoa regulations for my community. Second, my dogs and fiance were attacked by two pitbulls three weeks ago. The owners admitted that they were their dogs (off leash) and paid to get them back from the animal control, so the dogs are back in my community. Now is the good part! The manager of my hoa said that WE need to investigate to see if the pits are back and then write a letter stating that. He also went on to say that if he drives through our community and sees a pitbull there is nothing he can do????WTF!!!!! Is it not his job to enforce these rules? Third, the manager said he cannot evict the people for this. My dog almost died and my fiance was bit 3 times, what if that was a kid? I just don't get it, what do these people (amcor) actually do then, just take our money! Amcor said they will send the owners 3 letters and then turn it over to the lawyers, meanwhile the dogs are still here and I have to watch for them??!! What is it gonn

owner of laurelwood@villa de paz HOA

We have purchase the property for over 6 months but has not received neither CC&R nor the pool keys. Our request of the key and CC&R are not responded, and our tenant still do not have the key to use the pool which we are paying for.The board member seems to take care of the day to day issue, not the management company, in this HOA, and they are rude to our tenant.

Hardway Ranch at River Meadows Ranch Az.

I disagree with the previous review. I had a great experience with the property management company. They worked with me on a past due amount for poa in a very understanding and compassionate way that you just don’t see any more in the real estate or business industry. I hope we have many years with this company. I feel that with them we will be able to accomplish many things at River Meadows Ranch.

Over priced HOA

Since this company took over our pool has been out of service last service and most of this summer. The health department has put a sign up on our pool about three times. Our remodeling has not been improving. It seems like the slowest process I have ever seen. But they want your money on time and can send letters out right away for any rules that tennants are not keeping up with.

Overall experience

This company is very poorly run. I had the unfortunate experience of owning a property where the HOA was managed by Amcor. They staff rarely anwsers the phone. If you leave a message for a staff member the call will either not be returned or it will be returned days later. I recevied a letter from Amcor about a cracked water pipe that was in the common area of the community saying that I was responsible for repairs. After telling there staff and the owner that I was not responsible for the pipe and having my Attorney tell them I was not responsible for the pipe (due to the location of the pipe) they sent it to there attorney to review the CCNR's. Two weeks and about 20 phone calls later they accepted responsibility for the repairs. They also told me they had billed other owners in the community for simular repairs in the common ground. Which they did not go back and rectify. I owned the property for 8 years. Shortly after l sold it the board fired Amcor.
