Hello Eric & Judy, I just wanted to say "thank you" for the excellent care you have given to me! We have a Hunter Douglas Vertiglide in our bedroom that broke, something from what I understand does not usually happen with Hunter Douglas products. Eric from Budget Blinds came to my house within a couple of hours of placing a call to their company( on a Saturday no less). He spent a couple of hours fixing the blind, without a charge. In this day and age, this kind of service is rare. Eric was great and the blind works and hopefully, this time, it will work forever.
