He continued his training with residencies in internal medicine at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, anesthesiology at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, and family practice at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. He has held various positions in the Westmoreland County Medical Society. He also is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Polakovsky has medical privileges at Forbes Hospital.
