I too bought a voucher through Living Social. The guy doesn't return phone calls or texts. I finally had to request a refund from Living Social. I went to Classic Auto Spa - paid a lot less and am very happy.

I had got a living social coupon for a deatil with Top Shine Auto Detailing. First, they were booked 3 months in advance. When my appointment time finally came around no one showed up. I called every hour for 5 hours trying to find out what was going on. I got no answer until the end of the day when someone texted me that there was a scheduling mishap. I would have been understanding if I had been able to get in touch with someone after that to reschedule. I called and no one picked up. I left messages that weren't returned. I even texted the number I received the text from. I got no response. Under no circumstances would I recommend them.
