This company is AWFUL. They claim to be a 24 hour service but NEVER answer the phone or return calls. My motor was just replaced 2 weeks ago and now something else is wrong. Both times the ac went out was on a saturday...in July! I'm glad they get to sit in a cool house all weekend while their customers have to sweat in the heat!! I definitely would not recommend this crappy company!!!!

This company is terrible. They installed all the units in my neighborhood, and all of them are faulty. When I first contacted them, they told me the units were defected and it would be replaced within a week. If they knew the unit was defected, why did they wait until I called to come and fix it? They should have fixed all of them as soon as they found out they were defected. 2 weeks after they said they were coming to fix the unit, they have not come yet. If I dont get my unit replaced within the next week, I guess I'll have to file a lawsuit.

I give them one star just for showing up after hundreds of phone calls and complaints. They could not fix a broken record much less an AC unit. They installed all the units in our subdivision and not ONE works properly. The call center is always rude, and the service help always has an excuse. It amazes everyone on our block that they are still in business. I would highly discourage anyone from contacting this company for any AC or Heating needs.
