Provided by YP.comOrdered flowers,3 days in advance, to surprise my wife at work on her birthday. Flowers never arrived. I called them back, the lady said she canceled the order because they didn't have orchids, but their website says they do. I was never notified. She said she sent me an email telling me that the order was canceled, but I never got anything, I double checked to make sure, even the spam folder and nothing. They had my phone number, which would've been easier and faster so I could've had time to find somebody else,
Very irresponsible business. I will never use them again. Thanks L&L Florist for ruin my wife's birthday surprise.
