I can't even begin to thank the people at Hebert's enough for helping me with a blown tire the other day. The owner went above and beyond to help get me back on the road for the rest of my six hour drive. I found Hebert's on my navigation listing and went directly there since it was closest to where I blew my tire and I was unfamiliar with the area. When I got there, I was informed that the shop doesn't have tires but, rather than turning me away, the owner drove me to a nearby tire shop and helped me to negotiate for a new tire. I have a Fiat so finding the right tire size proved a bit difficult but Mr. Hebert helped me the whole way through and was able to work with the tire shop find a tire that would still work fine on my car. I truly cannot thank the people at Hebert's Auto enough for being so kind, generous, and helpful and turning a horrible situation into minor bump in along my trip. Thank you!!
