Their boudin balls are awesome with the pepper jack cheese and their boudin wraps are even better hot. Family from Texas always manage to stop by on their way home

Sooooooooo I'm at Billy's trying get my refund for this sour boudin I bought Friday 1/15/16 n the manager Karen is telling me BS about not giving me my refund! I swear it's awful - can't deal #billys #badservice I have visited this store a million times - I drive from Baton Rouge - n the service today has been a disaster. The worst

The boudin balls are battered and fried like fried chicken. These are not your normal boudin balls. They are incredible. There is nothing else like it. I just ate another one. This is the second time in three days that I've had them. The boudin is exceptional. Our office gets boudin once every couple of weeks and we judge it between ourselves. I can honestly say, this is my personal favorite. I don't normally write reviews. For this place, I made an exception. Ok. I'm going text my mom now.

if you wast service don't go. never got to try it. went in , only one in store, on girl on phone, the other went to back and started cutting up with someone in back and the girl in front on phone looked at me and turned her back. i walked out and will not go back.

BEST BOUDIN EVER. WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER GUYS IN TOWN.
