Had nails done . Asked how much 25.oo. but then lady say u fungus nail. We soak off. Took like 2 hrs for manicure & guy filing my nails made two of them bleed. Tonight they r so sore,can't do normal activities. Can't imagine a pedicure is relaxing here. Ended up spending 40.00

I have been going here for years Danny and Tina are very knowledgeable about their jobs and tell you what needs to be done help your skin and nails to be healthy. I love their work my nails always look wonderful and healthy. Thank you for a wonderful job. Only place to go.

I can't imagine how they are still in business. The man does a good job, is courteous and friendly. The lady is a different story. I found her to be extremely rude. She almost cut the tip of my finger, had I not pulled back. She was so rough filing my nails they bleed. She spoke to me hateful. She rolled her eyes at me. The nails started lifting after 2 weeks. He needs to send her home and hire someone else.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and just moved here about a year ago and have came here every since. Danny is the Best at what he does. If you are new to the area or just looking for a good and clean salon come here. Tell them Dee sent you

Pathetic service. My daughter's nails looked like a 4 year old did them. We have been there several times in the past with great results but not this time. They were rude and refused to do what we asked for. Actually told her that he was going to cut her if she didn't relax and that it was her fault her nails looked bad. Will never go back there again!!!!

These 2 couple that work here are like 60+ year old. They can't see to good and bad thing happen on top if that they try to tell u want to do! I'm paying u to do what I want and the other way around ! Old fart!

I've been going here for years, and always get great, friendly service from Tina and Danny! They have many regular customers, keep a clean salon, and do quality work! I always enjoy my visits!

Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff and relaxing environment. I was looking for a new salon since moving to Hurricane. I received my 1st pedi from Tina about a week ago and I'm still telling everyone how wonderful her and Danny at Pro Nails are! Quality products, even better service! Going back this week for shellac!

The service is great. The quality is outstanding. I have been going there for several years. when you walk in the door Danny and Tina make you feel welcome and right at home even if you have never been there. Attention to detail includes sanitizing all utensils to ensure customer saftey this comment is backed by a health department rating of 100 that can be viewed at the establishment. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I have gone here for 4 years at least and used the same pedi and manicurist. How many places can say that? They know me and have many regular clients. Tina gives a great pedicure that lasts for 2 weeks usually. Very clean wth no harsh odors from chemicals. I have taken both my girls for mani pedis and they loved it. This place is great and I have had many mani pedis in many places and this is one of the best if not the best place.

AWFUL AWFUL place!!!! I was in the area on an out of town visit this past weekend. The lady who did my nails acted like she was drunk and had no idea what she was doing. My hands looked HORRIBLE and one nail popped off while I was putting tissue paper in a gift the next day.

She spilled the nail tray twice while trying to find ones to fit. I've been having my nails done for years and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. I had to go to Nails 2001 in Cross Lanes 2 days later and have them re-done. DON'T go here. They are awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sloppy Pedicure/Poor Customer Service. Apparently this place is dedicated to the younger customer. Having only looked at the top rated review, I decided to try a walk in nail service closer to home. There are some of us not ready for a podiatrist, but have trouble caring for our feet post hip/knee replacement. I quickly found communication was poor. When I explained I could not hold my foot up, due to pain and the need to have another hip replacement, I was quickly dismissed by the female with if you can't lift your feet--I can't take care of the heel. From there, the service quickly deteriorated with sloppily painted nails. Fortunately, I have tried other walk in nail service salons in Charleston and Barboursville. Never has someone tried to hide behind a language barrier and not been able to use towels to raise my ankle/leg higher. So glad this was not my first pedicure experience and I know what a pedicure should be like. Stay clear of this place!!!
