They have been prompt whenever we need service. I highly recommend!

This "company" is horrible! They charged me for the repair and service call in addition. I received a handwritten bill in the mail. I called to make pay by credit card (the amount due was nearly $500). They don't accept credit cards so I asked if I could make monthly payments. The wife was incredibly rude and told me that they would charge me late fees every month and send me to collections if I did not pay in full now. She further stated that usually they require payment in full the day of service. She rudely suggested I get a cash advance from my credit card then. I finally got her to agree to half now and half the next month. This is ridiculous. ANY reputable business would operate with a computer system and official statements, and accept credit cards or at least a payment plan. The only reason I called them for repair is because they installed the furnace when the house was built. I am not disputing the bill, but seriously, making it difficult for customers is just bad business.

The wife is extremely rude and difficult to work with. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't have even rated a star.
