Great customer service. It's hard to get booked with the therapist you like each time but so far the 2 I have had were amazing. The front desk employees are always very polite and helpful with scheduling around my busy schedule

I have had 4 prenatal massages here with Suzie. She has a calm and relaxing personality. I have always been pleased with the massages she gives. The front desk staff are friendly and I have never had a problem scheduling.

Thanks for treating my daughter, Alex, to a great massage and VIP treatment today! She has been with Janice at Massage Envy for 4 years now, a third of her lifetime! LESLEY WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

The masseuse was awesome and took her time I felt that I was compete afterwards. I asked if they completed facials at the clinic which they do not. Although the massage envy in new brunfields does.

I have been a member for a couple years now, they make scheduling appointments very easy. I went through a few therapists before I found one that I loved and now she is the only one I see and they are great about making sure I'm always with the therapist I like. The location is great and the building is always super clean and pretty. Having a membership is pretty simple and worth having.

I give them 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

I love love love this place. I always recive VIP service when I walk in. Never wait longer than a minute after walking in the door to start my sessions, and Samera is the absolute best massage therapist known to man or woman in my case..

She managed to "release" my sciatic nerve!! The front staff are always delightfully friendly and greet me by name when I arrive, book my next appointment when I get ready to leave and do not "offer" (others might say "try to up-sell") me when I'm enjoying the effects of my massage. I GREATLY appreciate this. They know that, having been a member for over three years, I will ask for any extras I feel I need.

She is very friendly and listens to your needs. She knows what she doing and makes you very comfortable and relaxed. Makes sure you feel safe with everything she does.

I always like very deep massages. I had to ask Marlene to ease up a little, which I have never had anyone ever get as deep as she did. This was a good thing! I felt like she was able to seriously work on some knots that no one has ever been able to get to before. I thought she was AWESOME!

I can't remember the therapists name. However, I had a stiff neck and shoulders from sleeping in a awkward position and was in great need of pain relief. GREAT massage and was able to sleep well with pain relieved

THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ALWAYS ARE POLITE, MANNERLY IN MAKING SURE I AM ADDRESSED, SURE FOOTED IN THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AS WELL ON THE PHONE. THEY AIM TO PLEASE AND IT IS NOTICIBLE. ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO MY DATES WITH YOU GUYS!!!
