During my initial visit, the staff welcomed me with open arms and entertained any question I had in regard to their services. The doctors are excellent in their chosen career field. I fell upon this dental place due to having another dentistry cancel my scheduled appt for today. I called and they accepted me as walk-in...Everything was awesome from scheduling my appt to me leaving my appt...they even provided me with a blanket because I was cold...also a t.v. was on the ceiling which allowed me to be entertained during my cleaning. The facility was very clean and organized as well! I am very pleased with my experience and they have now got themselves a new patient!! Thank you to everyone at Dual Arc Dental����

Hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years so was a little apprehensive. But he started the process and it was smooth and efficient with virtually 0 discomfort. The staff was friendly and they scheduled me within a week of calling. I have every intention of coming back and recommending them to my family.

I cannot say enough good about Dual Arc Dental. From the moment you want in the door you feel welcomed. There is no rushing you through so they can move on. Dr Diana takes the time and has compassion if you display any fear or anxiety. I have actually been so calm while she was repairing and old filling that I fell asleep while she was drilling! HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in the Schertz/Cibolo area.

I had a lot of anxiety before hand and they knew about it from the questionnaire they emailed before the visit. Also, they were very respectful of my time, appointment started on time and they explained everything before they performed anything. Different than any other experience I have had with a dentist.

This was completely unlike any dental experience I have ever had. They were very nice and accommodating. She was NEVER pushy about what work I would need done. They laid out a dental plan for me to have done when was convenient for me. They were amazing and I will continue to see them.

I transferred to this clinic based on website reviews and also word of mouth from some other customers. They are very thorough and polite all around. Each staff member including the dentist was great. The dentist actually did the cleaning and was very patient in answering questions, did not rush.
