Horrible business ethics. I took my car in for an alignment & they sabotaged my car thinking I was some dizzy broad who didn't know anything about cars. They broke torque on the bolt to the left front ball joint & turned the nut with the cotter key still installed. There was a 1/4 inch gap between the nut & ball joint (which could be moved manually) causing the left front wheel & tire assembly to have excessive play. Resulting in excessive jerking & loss of control of the vehicle. I could have been killed or I could have killed someone else!!!

Had them replace my tailpipe. Took it in at noon and they had it done is a couple of hours. The price was EXACTLY what they quoted! Definitely do business with them again!! A++++
