The clerk went into a 2 minute diatribe about how whey protein concentrate is inefficient and began naming completely unrelated science about the makeup of proteins, essential amino acids, secondary recovery systems, etc.I was about to ask him what he uses when he trains but I would have had a hard time taking advice on training from somebody who, from what I could tell, spent more time reading about lifting and hydrolyzed whey protein than he does 'under the bar.' THEN, he proceeded to sell a man an $80 bag of whey protein concentrate (costing twice as much as I would pay for a better product at trueprotein.com or elitefts.com) This made me really upset for three reasons: he was clearly trying to talk over my head, he clearly does not train, and his customer service and people skills were awful. His store isn't offering a unique product, or at a discounted price, and the customer service was terrible so I'm really questioning what is going to allow the store to stay open...
