I had the same experience as several other posters. Purchased services through Amazon local. Called and spoke to a gentleman on the phone (3) separate times to schedule an appointment. He said someone would call back to make the appointment. Never once got a return call. Be very wary of dealing with this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The first time I called to booked, I left several messages and they never called back. A couple weeks later I reached them made the appt and then they never showed up, never responded to phone calls or texts asking them what was going on. When I complained to the vendor, they rebooked claiming their PC went down (apparentlyt their phone too) and then claimed they were ready to clean my house 3.5 hours before our appt time and I advised I would be home half an hour before our appt time, they said they would stop back, never did, never responded then charged me! They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL "company" I have heard of. I would not trust them in their house. It is obvious they do not want to work and are looking to scam the people who would be their customers. You are better off with a filthy house than letting these people in it. If you can get them to show up that is.

So I had an appointment on 2:00 pm Monday July 13th. I excused early from work to be there on time to open up for them and get them acquainted of my place since it was the 1st time I deal with them.



It was 2:15 pm and they hadn't shown up so I called and no one picked up then I texted they responded they will be 50 mins late, and I said that's ok. I'll be waiting. They hadn't shown up, called or even texted till 5:00 pm. I tried calling them a couple of times but they didn't answer. They texted me 12 hrs later (2:00 am) saying that they had an equipment malfunction and they are sorry. They didn't call to reschedule and they don't answer the phone or the texts since then. I had already prepaid for the service.



This is one horrible customer handling and I don't recommend them at all.

I hired Dustbusters through a deal on Amazon Local. They missed the first appointment because she was sick, which is perfectly understandable. We set up a second appointment, and they did not show up or call to let us know that they were not coming. I called and texted two or three times and got no return call. When I finally got through to Herb, he passed me to his wife, who hung up on me. I called back and got voicemail. They have still not returned my call. I had to get a refund through Amazon.

A strong and reliable house cleaning company.
