Was told 3/4" PT Plywood was $58/sheet. I balked and they claimed all PT lumber was way up. Stupid me I believed them. Later check Lowes they were $41/sheet. Went back hoping to iron things out and got nothing but condescending double talk. DO NOT TRUST TODAYS BELLEVUE BUILDERS THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THEY USED TO BE!!!!!!............missing the Lucarelli's
