i.eI did not buy my Minivan from the dealership so I can't speak about the sales team but I can definitely recommend the service department team. I am dealing with Andy now for almost four years. The first time I knew him was at Napelton Chrysler. I moved after that to Schaumburg and let me tell you how much I was pleased to find him at Zeigler Chrysler. He is kind, takes his time to explain the problem and recommend only what is required to be done. The spareparts department also, specially Tim, were helpful to me all the time and also competitive in matching other dealers prices. One more thing, if you own a chrysler don't miss the oil change offers, you buy 4 or 5 oil changes in advance but you end with less than $18 cost for each oil change. Go to their website and see the coupons, it's cheaper than NAPA or similar places in many cases.., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I was in the market for a new SUV. I previosly owned 4 Honda trucks and said it was time for a change. So I decided to give Jeep a chance. I did my research, went to 4 different dealers and Kerry Washburn(Sales Consultant) at ZEIGLER gave me the best offer in addition to explaining thoroughly all details of the vehicle to me. I took the vehicle for a test drive and loved it, however the color vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock at the facility, but Kerry Washburn made a call and got me exactly what I wanted!!!!!

Kerry Washburn help purcahse my wifes new charger rt max it is fully loaded. he explained the differnces between the charger and the challenger which is the one that i liked but the wife had the choice so i will be back to Zeigler Dodge when i am ready for the challanger and will be glad to have Kerry sell it to me. if you are looking for a great deal come and see him on your new car
