I would highly recommend this company! I compared three bids & found their engineering suggestions for our house to be right in line with what we needed and in budget! Punctual Efficient and Professional, this crew was made up of Warriors, Wow the speed in which it took a lean crew of 5 to tackle this job was impressive! Unloaded at 8AM packet up by 3PM! They took all provisions to protect the inside of your home and by the time they left, you wouldn't even know they were the there?! I can rest assure the job was done right and get on with rebuilding my basement build out. I'm a very happy customer~ they're Aces in my book!

From my initial telephone call to U. S. Waterproofing to arrange for a visit to view the area that I believed required repair, to the visit of the person to evaluate the damage, to the proposal for the repair and cost of the work that was determined to be needed, and to the the repairmen working the project , all of them were cordial, knowledgeable, courteous and when asked a question about the work that was being done--everyone responded with a pleasant response. Most professional at all levels.

They were very professional and punctual. Salesman came out and after seeing the large crack in foundation wall, gave us a price and we made an appointment. Two days later they came out and squirted in the solution, which then hardened. They even cleaned up after they finished before leaving. Would recommend them to anyone needing seepage repairs. Great job.

They do not show up for appointments. I have been waiting two months to get a sump pump installed. When you schedule the appointment date they expect you to call them again on that date to get a "three hour window" of when they might show up. They are really bad news. They act like they are doing you a favor and charging you up the wazoo. I definitely hate this company and will never use them ever again or recommend.

I had interior drain tiles installed. The crew did a good job, but when I asked the crew chief for a copy of the receipt he said they'd mail it to me. Well, it's been 7 weeks and I still don't have a copy of the receipt. It'll probably be hard to get warranty work (I don't need any right now), without the receipt. I eamiled them and never heard back. When I called I was given to voicemail where the person said "if you're calling regarding paid receipts, I will not return your call." This is putting a damper on what was otherwise a good experience.
