The buildings are owned by different people, but the people who run the association rent the units they own to some very very shady, crazy people.

In an emergency situation they are more concerned with money than helping their tenants, and they play favorites and give preferential treatment to the tenants in the buildings owned by them.

They often wait until December to turn the heat on and even then they don't keep it very warm (once my apartment got as low as 54 degrees). The clubhouse is a shambles and they pretty much use it for storage.

The apartment itself is nice for what I'm paying but in the time I've lived here there's been graffiti, multiple noise complaints, and an apartment fire. There are some good, working-class families who live here, but there are a lot of shady people so that at times it doesn't particularly feel safe.

I was living there in 2004 to 2005. When my lease was up, I asked the landlord for my security deposit back. The Landlord said that she will mail it to me. A month in a half later I still have not recieved it. She did not give me my security deposit and I am still in the process of suing the Landlord for my deposit. I would not reccomend anyone living there because in my unit I had roaches and mice and the hallway not well kept. It's a bad neighborhood, Drug Dealers, Drive by shootings at night!!! And still today haven't recieved my security deposit but justice will be served!!!
