I got into a really bad accident in Oct 2016. Car had to be towed and my insurance company would not tow it for me so I called Patrick Collision and the girl at the front (Liz) was very helpful and was able to arrange a tow for me and a ride for me to get me to the shop. She also assisted me with getting a rental from enterprise that is right in the building. Once arriving there Scott (Estimator) was able to answer all my questions. He helped me with my difficult insurance company (Nationwide) he addressed all my concerns and also let me know every process my car went through. It was long and hard since the total of damage was 13,000 dollars! It literally looks like I just got it off the show room! Looks brand new! Thank you collision center and staff!

Brought my Cadillac to Patrick BMW Collision in Schaumburg after an accident and cannot say enough great things about the service I received. Don Kuhlmey and his staff went above and beyond in keeping me informed and up to date during the whole process. My car looked perfect and I was pleasantly surprised that it was also detailed inside and out to showroom quality. Also the in-house Enterprise made it so convenient to pick up and return my rental car.
