Keep up the prompt and warm welcome. I have noticed and do appreciate the car washes buy every time I get the car back the black rubber floor mate is dirty from dirty shoes. Not a big deal just a nit.

I had to have the vehicle towed in, but service was extremely accommodating and my regular consultant did his usual fine job with every detail. I loved that he always takes the time to explain everything to me. Thank you.

Once I was able to get onto the office to actually sign the paperwork, it was fine. It just took too long for me to get into the office. The wait time could have been better.

We had an awfully long wait after deciding to purchase the car to see the manager. Apparently you are under-staffed on Friday nights. We were there for over three hours! The manager did give an eloquent apology for our wait. It was very smooth once we got in to see the finance manager, but the wait was especially infuriating to my husband who really sees such issues as poor customer service. Overall, She called and sent a thank you card. She is very sweet and hardworking. I will definitely consult her in the future.
