I always keep track of things on my hands. When it comes to mortgage, I want to know the status of the load application and the current mortgage rate, especially Hometrusts allows one chance for floatdown should the rate drops below the rate stated at the beginning of the loan process. I'm not the kind of person just like to site and wait for things to happen, and this company failed to deliver on this basis, although at times the people are ok to deal with.
