I was in the process of buying a home in Naperville and had Healthy Home Mold Inspection do a complete mold inspection and air quality mold tests. They found a few areas of concern that needed mold removal and I'm glad I had this done because I have allergies and asthma.

My husband and I found mold in the attic of our Elgin home. We had a mold inspection and mold testing done, including air samples in the home. We needed ventilation properly done in the attic, then mold remediation and they gave us a referral to a great contractor who uses green products. Very satisfied.

Mold testing and inspection plus they will refer you to a preferred mold remediator if you need help. Good value.
