the pictures that were don for a wedding that was to be viewed on line would have been nice except you get a stff neck looking at them since they are all sideways and have no way of flipping them so you can see what you are ordering very disappointed

Amongst many more errors and horrible service I received, here are just the major ones:

1. I filled out the shot list of "must have shots" and gave this to them a month before the wedding. They didn't take ANY picture of the bride and groom alone at the altar or at the picture site!

2. They didn't take ANY pictures of the groom alone.

3. The videographer was MIA during the bouquet toss and garter ceremony, so this was completely missed.

4. They advertise "wireless microphones to hear your vows crystal clear" but my ceremony had NO AUDIO and they refused to give me a refund.

5. I have called them every week for 2 months, and all they have said was that they are working on it. They never return calls and then finally they call me with the fact that there is nothing they can do with the video and will not give me a refund.
