Best collection in Chicago land area. Family owed business.

Poor customer service!!!

We bought a gold ear ring based on the sales lady's strong pitch (though that was not our main preference). We were looking for something and she showed a model that she would tighten and said it wouldn't come off and we need to go to them if at all we need to remove. We TRUST'ed and bought that item.. In just over a week, one ear ring fell off and when we went back and asked the same, how could it fall after such a great promise, their response: We can't guarantee that. We will say anything for business but you can't decide based on that.

And shamefully accepting that they say anything for the sake of business and we don't need to make a decision based on their words. No ethics and business morale.

Wouldn't recommend this store and caution one and all so stay from falling into their trap.
