Jeff is very thorough. Being a single woman and making choices on my vehicle's life time and repairs is a lot easier with Jeff.

I was told this place Car Doctor Jr can work on the older Cars I have a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra the engine was making a ticking noise coming from the engine I waso just amazed how the owner had a machine and found out what the noise was it took a couple days to get the parts I guess cuz it was an older car I was very excited when the owner called me to come and pick it up I was more excited to see the bill was very very low my trusty Mustang is now back home with me and it is running very well I would say to anyone this is a very good shop

2005 Chevrolet failed emission testing in Schaumburg Illinois my friend told me about Car Doctor jr. In Schaumburg Illinois I spoke with the customer service person he was very nice and polite then the owner and head mechanic Jeff told me they can have it running by tomorrow the next day when I went to pick it up it had already passed testing... I could not believe how nice and professional these people are and the price they charge me was very good I'd recommend this place to anyone....

Although they can fix your car, the underlying attitude of the owner is quite disrespectful. He's good at verbalizing what he thinks you want to hear, but in the end, your requests go unfulfilled. I'm sure he has no concept of how disrespectful it is to disregard a clients request to see or be shown the specific problem he states is "the problem." He's done that to me several different times. After this last visit, I wasn't planning on returning, anyway.

Car Doctor is Honest Business to work with i enjoy the work they do John jr & jeff is very detail and explain in detail as to what need to be done.
