If I could do negative stars I would, this rental location is by far the worst of ANY I have rented from around the country. The manager MIKE PATEL - and his co-workers, can BARELY speak English, the cars are dirty, and smell and they refuse to exchange the car for another, but I have to question whether any others would have been different. I called Corporate to complain and of course Corporate, said they couldn't do anything, that I had to work with the Manager. What is wrong with this picture, Budget doesn't care what their independent representatives are doing, and ruining their brand name, then this rental agency SHOULD lose business. I will NEVER rent from Budget again, you too should beware.
