Each person’s definition of quality may vary. One definition of quality is the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something. Despite my skepticism of them being strongly recommended, BNC Quality Auto Body, located on “auto body repair row” in Schaumburg, SURPASSED my expectations, which included patiently answering my questions without me feeling duped, assuring me that my car door would be repaired with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part, serving as a liaison the insurance company and having a clean lobby & bathroom. I must say that the work performed on my car is absolutely FLAWLESS. In fact, there is no sign of previous damage and the paint matched perfectly from all angles. Also, the very pleasant and knowledgeable Ms. Sammy G., facilitated the entire process without complications, repair delays or frustrations. Yes, I was so impressed by my positive experience with BNC Quality Auto Body, I insisted that I meet Cris, the owner. I wanted to see if he reflected the superior QUALITY service I received. After meeting Cris, it was quite apparent that he’s an honest, sincere, and skilled man that’s genuinely committed to taking care of his customers by providing and delivering professional & high quality service. Cris, please know that I’m truly appreciative and BEYOND satisfied with the work done on my car. Thank you tremendously Cris!

Bnc provides quality services and its always been a pleasure to deal with Cris and staff. When my wife's BMW needed some body work I took it to my number choice: Bnc. I highly recommend this place for any work that requires attention to details.
