This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since I moved into my house last July they have missed picking up my trash at least 5 times. The last three times I have called to report a missed pick up I asked to speak to a manager. Two times I was told the manager was "really busy with weight slips" and he would get back to me. I have never received a call back from anyone, including a supervisor or manager.



This is the worst service I've ever had from ANY company, not just garbage haulers.



If you're shopping for a trash hauler I suggest you go with someone else unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed about every other month.
