I had many issues with the employees and the managers of this place, the flowers as well were dry and dead looking falling petals and I really disliked the rude incompetent service.

I had a prom this past month and was not sure where or what flower to get for my date for his boutonniere. The day before however, my friend told me she knew a great floral shop in Scarborough who would get me the flower by that afternoon. I was thrilled. They used my favorite flower and created a beautiful arrangement. The service was amazing and I am very glad I chose Jordan's. Thank you to all the staff who work there :)

My mother passed away and I had to go get the flowers. Like that wasn't already hard I heard about Jordan's floral from other people and decided to check it out. They lady I was talking to and sat down with to do my mom's funeral was so sympathetic and understanding. The other flower shops in portland were very expensive and were not very helpful. My moms favorite flower were tulips. The owner ordered them special and had to go out of her way to order them. The funeral pieces were absolutely gorgeous. The owner went above and beyond..The prices were amazing and i would strongly recommend Jordan's Floral.

I had my sweet 16 last year and I love pirates of the Caibbean. My birthday was soooo big that when I wanted to do my flowers I sat down with the owner to order my flowers like do you a wedding quote :D. She was so nice and knew exactly what I was thinking. My birthday was just like a wedding when it comes to size and flowers. When she delivered the flowers to the venue they were so beautiful. I actually started to cry so bad because of how beautiful and bright they were. They brought the whole room together and I only told her tropicals and the colors and she took my thoughts and brought them to life. When I get married I will be going to this florist. The owners and the costumer service were so amazing at Jordan's Floral. I have had teachers and my friends go to the florist for serval occasions and they have all been in love with the amazing flowers and the service.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! This shop is horrible, you will just be throwing away your money. I ordered a wreath for my nephews memorial service and they sent something you would hang on your front door. When I called to complain I was treated very rudely and the girl had such an attitude! The sad thing is I work for a florist in Florida and know my business when it comes to an items value. We spent $100 on this and the value was maybe worth $40. I was told she would speak with the owner and call me back that was 2 weeks ago, STILL WAITING. So my next call is going to be to the BBB and file a complaint. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

They are just awfully irresponsible. The first time, they delivered order that was not same I ordered, but I gave them a break because it was a first time. The second time, they changed my order AND they missed part of it (forgot to also deliver box of chocolates). AVOID THEM at any cost. I am sure I will.

I ordered flowers for my mother. They didn't attempt delivery until late in the day. By then she had already left. When I called to complain, I was told he had 2 funerals that day and they were more important than a birthday. When I said I had canceled the order through the 800 number he told me he didn't care he'd get paid for it anyway. I told him I would be leaving negative feedback online and he told me if I did he'd see me in court. He then called me an idiot and hung up on me. If you'd like to order flowers from this kind of business, go ahead but I'd recommend going somewhere where customers are treated with a little respect and dignity.

We order here from out of state. I am consistently pleased with the price, quality and willingness to work with me on unique basket gifts. Hats off to a well run business!!
