Called about a broken pipe under our house. Said he'd be here in two days. We took off work, waited 4 hours. Called, no answer. Never called us back, never showed up.

I needed help with a possible hot water tank leak. Rob came as soon as promised and diagnosed the problem. He gave me advice on how to fix the problem and saved me money. Will definitely use him again.

I had a hot water heater that died on me and I needed a new one asap. He came out and replaced my old one and removed the old one and hauled it away for me too. Thanks Rob for your superior service...
