Sayre location service dept is horrible and lies. They had car for two weeks never called me until I called them. Then they charged me for $350 and didnt fix anything. I ended up taking the car to a different Jeep dealer (simons in bath) they fixed everything for $200 in one day.

I bought my car 3 months ago from Ferrario. Within two weeks the service engine light came on for an evap code. They did a temp fix and sent me on my way. Not even a week later it came back on and they were going to order the part and call me when it came it. Needless to say its still supposedly on backorder. I had to call them on my registration a few days before my temp plate ran out to find out they never had the other owner of the vehicle sign off on it. Husband/wife owned it and they never got wife's signature. So I drove on an expired plate for three days until they finally got it straightened out. That's after sitting at their dealership for two separate days for over an hour. The last straw was today I had my back wheel looked at for noises coming from it. Well a bolt on the caliper was snapped off and completely rusted so my caliper was just flopping there. For that to be rusted how it was it had to of been like that before I bought it. I could have been in a serious wreck if that other bolt would have busted. Ferrario is all about the money and to heck with their customers. I will never buy from them again.
