there are roaches EVERYWHERE, on stove, around fridge, crawling on my funiture, even when im in bed they will tend to crawl on my bed and me, they are in the bath tubb, and this is only the beginning. i clean my apt but it does not do NO good. It's nasty and there are soooo many drugs around apts. the bug spray they use to spray every month isnt worth 10 cents. i have spent so much on roach sprays and powders myself out of pocket and nothing works, roaches can carry hepitist and can make people very sick. and also have to mention all the leaks that are never fixed which causes mold spores which is very harmful to humans. i have been fighting with roaches and mold for all the few little years i have been here and thank God that i being blessed...im getting to move. when something breaks or leaks the renter is asked to buy the part out of pocket and that we will get our money back...NOT TRUE!! been there done that. anytime ive asked for something to be fixed there is no responce. its really a shame. yes some of the people living here could do better for themselves at keeping better house and yard but over all its just one of the most nastiest places i have ever set foot in. i have killed as many as 20/30 roaches in a days time not counting the ones that get away. theres no way to end this!!! its sicking. i am a very clean person and never have had to live like this, which no one should. im not here because i want to be im here because i had no where else to go in the time of being homes a few years back. the mananger, she is very nice and the mantance man needs an attitude ajustment with his smart mouth and not doing what he says he will do. he does not do his job. i would hate to know what these walls look like on the inside. i know there is millions of roaches. this is a nightmare that happened to me, just the other day i was getting this little food tray that was folded up between the wall and the fride and i took it out and opened it up, unfolded it, and when i did i swear to my time there was i bet every bit of 50 or more roaches running everywhere. i screamed and threw the sm table down and started stomping and trying to kill these nasty things. i still cant get over it. it doesnt do any good to tell anyone here at the apts about what happens because no action is never taken. when i try to feel safe here i feel so nasty from all the filth. some people dont care but i do and i cant wait to get outta here, so my time has come to finally get outta this dump. some of these roaches are so hugh you would never believe it. so my words to a friend is, ''if you can get past the roaches, no help fixing leaks or other problems and can live with these things then go for it, but you will be wishing you had of looked somewhere else just as fast as you get moved in threw the door''!! so many people like me doesnt want to be here and have no where to go and some of the people are very respective and theres some that are not. so before others start even putting all the people down for living in a place like this, then all i can say is they just dont know the facts. so if theres any other route of finding a place to live dont come here, try to find a friend or homeless shelter for a clean living because this is not the place. its sure not worth what i have to pay for rent each month. oh yes and when inspection comes due, we renters get wrote up because of alot of their mistakes that should have been fixed that we asked to be done but never was done. and giving this place between a 1-5 star rating, it isnt even a star at all...its a big fat ZERO, God Bless, roaches
