Cypress Gardens Apartments is not properly managed. There are homeless people that are on their waiting list. There are numerous apartments open. The maintenance personnel does not properly upkeep the grounds. There need to be a survielence camera installed to see who is improperly dumping in the garbage area. It looks like a ghetto area most of the time. Some people that live in the apartments spy on some of the other residents and pass info on to your management; the problem is that these same people won"t tell themselves. A lot of people are unfairly treated at Cypress Gardens. My mother is an elderly lady and she has paid her fees to be investigated to be able to get an apartment at Cypress Gardens; it's been almost a year and they still have not let her know any thing. What's going on. It seems to me that management wants to pick and choose who gets to live there. What government agency are you affiliated with? Do you practice fair housing policy?
