Provided by YP.comThey are a rip off if you want to keep your things dont go here if someone removes your lock and takes your things they will not call you or the police and you will just lose everything and by the way they will keep cashing your checks they did mine and never called me about about the lock being cut off the unit.
Wow. Let's get some facts strait. We attempted to contact you MULTIPLE times after we noticed your lock missing. You had New York contact info on file which was incorrect. You NEVER contacted us with a change of addy or a new number, or we would have it on file. You paid every month with a MONEY ORDER, not a check, so we had no way of extracting any info from your payment. We did indeed keep taking your rent because there was multiple items STILL in the storage! You rented the unit in September of 2010 and you never even called us OR checked on the unit until August of 2011, 11 months later! We at Clement's Warehouses are sorry for your loss, but we can only do so much with the information we have. It is YOUR responsibility to keep check on your contents, to have insurance on your contents if you deem it worthy of insurance, to keep a valid contact number and address on file, and to report a crime if one has been committed.
