My doctor Randy Botter was just fine, very brief and did not spend too much time with me. He did not preform any test not even a EKG, only the nurse checked my blood pressure. The facility was very nice, clean and comfortable. The problem was with their business stafff. Very insufficient They lost the waiting list and left me and four other people set in the lobbey for two hours, I then went to the front desk and asked when I would see the doctor and they said they lost the waiting list. Then I made a payment in the office with my MC and although it was found it was never credited to my account which caused a lot of billing problems for me. Once I was put in a room and sat there for a hour and a half, then finding out that they never tagged to door so not one knew I was in there. I will never go back because of the office staff.
