This business has very poor customer service and needs to be closed. We've made numerous complaints concerning their inadequate service. These complaints involve late delivery of mail from as late as 6:30 pm to days later after expiration dates of postings. Our mail has been tampered with from partly opened to ripped opened mail with sides torn completely off. I have confirmation numbers and pictures in my file of complaints along with contact numbers and name of persons that have been spoken with to resolve these issues. This has been an ongoing problem for us since September 2009. After filing complaints, the problem would cease momentarily and then resume.

The problem has resumed again with our mail being torn open, late delivery of mail, and holding of mail until after expiration.

On several occasions the outside mailbox in the parking lot has been overflowing with mail while attempting to drop off a mail . I personally went inside the post office and advised the employee that the mail was overflowing out of the mailbox on the outside.

This post office needs to thoroughly investigated by the Post Master General to remedy these many issues.
