There were 5 people working. Only the 2 men can do pedicures. .. 1 of the women can only do pedicures. Only 1 lady can do designs which happens to be the only one that can do waxing, nails and pedicures. I went in there at 12:30 and there was no one in front of me. They sat me at a pedicure spa. I day there for 45 minutes until they were able to stay my pedi. The water was cold by this point. I ask for a design and they tell me no because they don't have time. The pie girl next to me gets the same answer except she was the an hour before I arrived and didn't get her pedi finished until after me. In the meantime they take 6 other people to start their pedis and set me and now 3 other women aside until someone can get to our nails. Finally, at the 2 and a half hour mark they called me and told me I was ready, but I was upset because they had already taken so many people in front of me. I decided to pay and leave. When paying, the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I don't leave a tip when I don't get good service. Do not go there! A girl I was talking to said she goes there when she had nothing to do all day. She said plan on spending 4 to 5 hours every time. Ridiculous!
