The mobile Top Dog Spa group did not show for my appointment yesterday. I have called and texted. After 24 hours, I still have not received a response. Used them before with good results, but this is just not professional. I even have the text where we scheduled the appt. No response, so I am no longer a customer.

Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is lousy, no one will ever EVER return your calls. You'll drop off your pet in the early morning hours and pick them up AFTER closing time. If you're that busy, hire more people. Thanks for nothing.

My vet at Berwick Animal Hospital suggested I try Top Dog and I'm glad I did. My experience was very good. They were able to take us after work (4:30) and they followed the instructions I sent with my husband. They did a great job and even gave him a facial and a free neck tie. I will use them again.

I took my dog here to get groomed, he's a small Maltese. I usually take him to Barkie Bow Wows, who always does an amazing job! She was booked this particular day though and my dog was in desperate need of a cut so I took him to Top dog. He was there from 10:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m, when we went to pick him up, he wasn't even finished! They had just shaved his middle and claimed they couldn't finish because he moved too much. They told me they cut him once on his stomach, there were actually TWO slices in him, one being very deep. I would not take my dog here!!! They are very unprofessional and not good at what they do!!

****CAUTION!!!!!*** I took my dog to the Top Dog place in Savannah and they CUT OFF part of my dog's ear. The failed to tell me about it, and I didn't notice it until I got home. When I called them to confront them about it, they said "Sorry, we forgot to tell you" and laughed. They are very unprofessional. I would be very very careful...DO NOT GO!!!! THEY WILL MUTILATE YOUR DOG!!!! (the only reason I'm giving them a star is because I have to in order to submit this review...they deserve a big fat ZERO).

I would be very cautious when having my dog de-shedded at this facility. Check your dog's back a couple of days after the process. I did and found my dog had a back full of scabs. They are a little rough in their way of doing things. Dogs can't talk and unfortunately a lot of people do not pay attention to the dog's reactions. If you tie a dog up and brush him hard he will flinch or try to move his body. Somebody obviously wasn't paying attention to my dog. He is a very sweet dog and wouldn't hurt anyone and it broke my heart to feel these scabs on him knowing the discomfort he must have felt. Please check your dogs thoroughly after they have been groomed here.

This is the best place in Savannah Ga by far. It actually looks like a upscale Hair Salon for people. My dog and I were treated very good and a lot of attention was given to the little details. We are very PLEASED. Thank you so much Shannon and Jessica.

After searching for a good pet groomer throughout Savannah, Richmond Hill & & Pooler for over a year, I was thrilled to finally find Top Dog. I have been taking my yorkie to Top Dog for nearly a year, and I am always pleased with the service. They are very accommodating and often fit my little one in at the last minute. They are usually finished with her within an hour or two unlike many groomers who keep them for 4-5 hours or sometimes all day! She always leaves with the cutest little cut & smelling great- love the blueberry facial!

Finally

After being BUTCHERED by PetSmart on 204 my Rosco finally is at ease with another groomer.



Top Dog did a great job and was very caring with our situation and understood completely when we told them what happened. They took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and made sure Rosco was relaxed and safe.

It is very refreshing to walk into this establishment and be greeted by the owner. She is also the groomer. Very pleasant and caring.

The place looks great and smells very nice. Not what you would expect from a grooming establishment.

I just moved here from New York and was looking for a regular Grooming Salon for my 2 babies. After trying 3 in Savannah my friend told me about Top Dog.

OMG its the closet thing to a New York Grooming Salon. It is FABULOS!

My dog Prince Royalty is a regular at Top Dog. He gets groomed there every 2-3 weeks and I am always very satisfied with the service. They always know exactly what to do to him when he comes in. They are the best at what they do, especially Shannon. He always leaves there clean, smelling great and looking his best. I have been using them since they where on Montgomery Crossroads and I followed them to Berwick Place. Prince is a part of our family and I trust Top Dog with him while he's in their care. The grooming salon is clean and the staff is always friendly. Top Dog continue doing the awesome job that you are doing and you will always have my business. Prince Royalty will see you guys on tomorrow at his scheduled appointment time(-:

I noticed this is a new grooming salon so I decided to stop in. There was a blonde headed girl in the shop alone around 1 in the afternoon. I asked her abour pricing and she blew me off with several different prices. meaning she wasn't being real with the prices. I will not revisit due to this because I believe in honesty not gouging prices!!

I took my dog in yesterday to get groomed. There was not too many dogs there getiing groomed. So I thoght my dog would come out in a timely maner . It took 7 hours just t get my dog groomed this ruined my schedule for the day. The shop i so cute. The back is hidden and not ale to see where the dogs arebeing kept ad what is going on. I will never visit this saln ever again the staff acted as ifthis is normal and they di not apologize. Never will return..
