I've never received such terrible service at a nail shop ! I asked the lady not to yank off my nails because it was hurting and she insisted on doing so because she said soaking them 'took too much time'. She then broke my nail and didn't want to fix it and when I asked for Her to paint my nails , she painted them as if a child was painting them and kindly kicked me out of her chair. Worst customer service ever! I will NOT return there ever again.

I arrived at this nail salon at 5:50 on a Sunday for a simple eyebrow waxing. The first lady who greeted me was pretty nice and although it was close to closing she agreed to take me. She makes me wait for 5 minutes only to have an extremely rude man come out and tell me that they didn't have time to do my eyebrows. I understand that it was close to closing time but even after 6pm the store front was still open. They were still taking customers! I would have gladly paid twice for their already over priced brow waxing service but I refuse to ever use someone who doesn't have the common courtesy to let me know that they wouldn't take me as soon as I walked in. I could have taken my 5 minutes and went another place in the mall. Its funny because they didn't seem to have a problem allowing the older Caucasian woman directly in front of me to use any service she wanted. I will never go here again.

I usually don't go to this shop, I usually go to us nail but my friend suggested we go here. I got a acrylic full set, the Polish was messy and I realized only after I left that she didn't even put the acrylic on the sides of my ring fingers.. It's messy and unprofessional. Had to go to my normal salon to get them fixed! I do not recommend this place. Save your money.

I showed the man behind the counter and the guy who was going to do my daughters nails, I asked how much for nails like mine, he said 25 then I see him working on my daughters nails and it is not at all what we requested, said what we wanted would be 40...so my daughter did not get what she wanted and spent the last of her Christmas money on it...

I love this nail salon they are great. They do a really good job with nails and they are really nice and they don't mind answering questions for new customers. They are really good at there job and they're store looks very nice.

I def rec Leana - she was fantastic. Took her time & did everything - nuthn was rushed! Got mani/pedi (deluxe) all 4 round $40. Even though it's loacted by the child play area, it wasn't loud at all! Will def b back my next visit home!

i have been going to this nail salon for a few months now... Holly was doing my nails and i loved her but she moved away recently. I went in and Alicia did my nails and she too is wonderful!! this past weekend i took my best friend and 2 other ladies for pedicures... the staff is AMAZING and each person i have dealt with is very friendly!! I agree that they did not scrub feet long enough in my opinion but other than that i do not have any complaints!! the shop is always neat and clean and the ladies i have dealt with are very very kind! the shop is recently under new management so hopefully that goes well.

I have been coming here since they opened. They are professional and the salon is very clean. It stays busy because they take time with each customer. My daughter loves their Kitty Spa chair pedicures too. She received free designs and a candy bag. Try them out. The weekends are chaotic, a little wait but so worth it!

I had a mani pedi 30.00 special.. both nails salons in the mall offerd this but this salon had no wait... sat down

brought my water out late but i wasnt mad because it was free.. didnt really spend much time scrubbing the dead skin off feet



. i decided to get mylip waxed as well...

The sat me in front of the whole salon. so i asked to be moved behind the shoji screen for a little privacy

.. then right when i got home i started notcing little white head bumps all over my top lip that had been waxed

... I have never had a reaction to waxing any part of my face before and i do it quite often,,,

THIS PLACE IS NOT CLEAN!

Do not get waxed

My nails chipped after 2 days but my toenails are still holding strong.. in need of a new topcoat....
