I drive 40 minutes to come here to get my hair cut. Well worth the drive knowing it is going to be done right and the money I save from there low prices pays for the gas it took to drive the 40 minutes.

I probably have the longest, thickest hair in town. It wasn't always that way and often I've been very afraid to let anyone touch it. I've been visiting the Living Room Salon this year after finding them on Facebook and I am VERY pleased!! My hair is even healthier than ever before.



They know hair, respect my wishes and nail my color and style. I will never go anywhere else. :D

I would like to say, I have been patronizing The Living Room Salon since they opened on Barnard Street. With the move to Bull Street, Rick, the owner, has breathed new life into the space the salon now occupies. I used to get my hair cut at the Barber Pole. Rick is, by far, the best barber I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have seen him work magic on the ladies that were in the chair before me as well. Their prices are amazing. You can't get a better bang for your buck anywhere in town. You deserve to treat yourself - stop what you're doing. Right now. Go there. Now!

So, I just moved to Savannah 6 months ago and haven't found a salon yet. I saw a groupon for the living room salon and thought why not give it a try..BIG MISTAKE. I'm getting married in May and wanted to get some honey toned highlights and a TRIM for my long layers ( I told her I was growing my hair out for the last 1 1/2 yrs for the wedding).



What I ended up getting was blond highlights, an inch off length and a head Full of layers (some of the hair that was layered was over 2 in long that she was cutting off). So now I'm left with thinner hair than when I started and a needed corrective dye job. Guess I'm going to have to look at getting some extensions...



And that doesn't even get into the awkward 2 1/2 hrs of silence as I got my hair done or how the stylist kept taking phone calls while in the middle of doing my hair. Save your money.

Rick and his staff are awesome! I urge anyone on the fence about their current stylist to check this place out. CHEAPEST salon in Savannah and you get the cut of your life. My color was outstanding as well. Rick is a barber, a hair stylist and does the best (and again, CHEAPEST) color in Savannah that rivals the most expensive shops in Georgia... really....we can't rave enough.

My husband and I took our 19-month-old son to The Living Room Salon to get his first haircut today and we were very impressed with the salon, the prices, and the haircut!! Rick was extremely patient, professional, and friendly! Myself and my husband will be returning to the salon to get our own hair cut and are both so pleased to know where we can take our son for his future haircuts! :)
