I loved Dr. Aragon but because of unscrupulous billing practices I will not go back. Be sure you KNOW and UNDERSTAND the fine print that they have you sign BEFORE you have a procedure done there. They will NOT use your insurance company’s lab AND THEY KNOW THIS so expect to be unjustly charged BECAUSE you signed the form that states any OTHER charges you will have to pay. Someone is getting a kick back on the $465 lab charges that should have been covered by BCBS. When questioned by the billing staff she just laughed and stated they get 12 calls a day about this same thing. Too bad because I really like Dr. Aragon and the staff that helped me with the colonoscopy.

Dr. Nyce used to be great. That's changed. I've been so ill and going into anaphylaxis every time I eat; I've had to go to ER. A family friend/doc suspects systemic mastocytosis. Before I went to see Dr. Nyce, I called to make sure he could treat this. He personally said he could. I was excited; this has been rough, and it's been hard to find anyone knowledgable enough to treat me. I drove 90 min. When I got there, the PA came in, instead of Dr. Nyce. She asked me if I had "been reading on the Internet." She conferenced with Dr. Nyce, who refused to see me and dismissed everything as drug-related. I wish I could give 0 stars. How dare you waste my time and money, and get up my hopes, along with my family and friends?! I thought I was finally going to get the care I desperately needed. I'm reporting this to my insurance. I did not agree to a PA visit only. When I get my diagnosis, I'm going to make sure to send certified letters informing them.

I would not waste the gas to drive to this place you are wasting your time. The staff is rude billing status is horrible. Doctor did not even give a correct diagnosis to top all this off even if you have proof you paid your bill with printed transactions from your bank they will still put it in collects and upcharge you 30%. Then trying to talk to the collection agency is another issue i got hung up on 6 time and then the collections agent started singing on the phone and hung up again what a waste. Do your self a favor and find real people to work with and figure out your illness...this is just simply more stress on you. Month of service 7/15 6 months later still dealing with billing issue .

If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate! DO NOT GO TO THE CENTER FOR DIGESTIVE AND LIVER HEALTH AND ENDOSCOPY CENTER of Savannah, GA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be tricked and lied to. ACTIVE DUTY, they do not comply with their Tricare contract and will charge you for services not covered. $450 to be exact! FYI active duty DO NOT have a copay!!!!! Do not pay any copay or deductible, it will be forever, if ever, before you will be reimbursed. They will turn on any Tricare representative that you may call (by being as rude and argumentative as possible) claiming that you signed a waiver and are therefore responsible for the bill! NOT TRUE!!!I If they lose their Tricare contract, they cannot serve anyone with Tricare insurance. they even told me that we are not special just because we have Tricare. They say that they treat Tricare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield equally. Tricare is not public, commercial insurance. How many poor saps have not questioned it and paid? DON'T give them your business! So outraged!!

Unprofessional and arrogant staff and doctors, especially Dr. Wanamaker. Avoid this place. They will charge you outrageous fees for nothing.
