This company installed a heat pump for my home, through Old Republic Warranty. They sub contracted the installation, and two kids installed the unit. It was installed in 2014 and never worked properly. When I called Mr. Stevenson to fix the unit, he told me to call the manufacturer or Old Republic, that he was NOT responsible for the warranty. However, the issue went BACK TO INSTALL, according to THREE A/C companies who came out on THREE separate occasions, to attempt to fix the unit. This is July 2016, and Mr. Stevenson will not return my phone calls, nor those of Old Republic. Old Republic will not stand behind the warranty either, because I no longer have one with them, even though they sent Mr. Stevenson out here. The air handler needs to be re-installed, as does ALL the duct work. (which is taped down with tape that is not used for ducts, and the ducts have come loose from the air handler). I am reporting both companies to the BBB.
