Stay away from this company. An underground leak was discovered after installing our fiberglass pool last Summer. It's been over six months and very little effort has been made to fix it. They received their money prior to discovering the leak.. so they have no incentive to fix it. The leak is in the main return plumbing ,underground (concrete), lines that must remain plugged now. About four months of not returning calls and not showing up for appointments, the owner sent his son to take a look... he confirmed a leak and said he needed the proper tools and we have not seen or heard from him since - that was about two months ago... The only reason I give them two stars is that the pool really looks good. But I would recommend finding someone that will offer better after-the-sale service... the time it's now going to take to litigate this pool install is just not worth it.. we wish we would have found someone else even if we would have had to pay a little more.
