Horrible experience. The Vice President was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. He insulted my family by saying that my mother should have died earlier. We were requesting the service 2 full days after her death. He could have cared less about our wishes and everything had to be on his schedule. I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Regrettably, my husband is also buried there and I have a plot there as well. Hopefully there will be new staff by the time I die.
