DO NOT PAY THIS MAN UP FRONT! He only does part of the work agreed upon and you can't get him to come back out to finish. We paid him to remove 9 trees and put top soil in the ruts where the trees and equipment messed up our yard. The tree removal was completed in a timely manner but 2 months later we are still waiting on the top soil to be brought out and spread. He brought out a small load of crap dirt with concrete and clay and said that was what he used in his yard....what he brought was NOT top soil! This pile of crap dirt has been in my yard for 2 months. We call him constantly and he says he'll be there "tomorrow". Well tomorrow NEVER comes. I have a small blind dog that has run head first several times into the concrete in the pile of crap dirt. Now I have to pay someone to remove this and put down clean top soil..so that puts me out of more money. My next step is small claims court to recoup the extra money I will have to pay out to fix my yard. Remember Rusty Waters, a verbal contract is still a contract!
