Do not use these scam artist. I was ripped off by about $350. Had another plumber come in and said my work should have only been about $200. Ridiculous. Call a local craftsman.

Amazing service. I called them on a Monday morning, and they sent someone to the house in less than an hour. The tech fixed the issue I called about, as well as a couple other annoying problems with the kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service and very very friendly.

They gave me a well done job at a great price! Loved the plumber they sent! He located the leak and was so professional that I let him do the repair too. Very reasonable price! I was told Roto-Rooter would be pricey but it was not the case. I will use them again if I should need it and I very much recommend them! Brad was a real gentleman and I am a real fan after watching what these guys can do! I am so glad I called them.

I just had to post and recommend this company. They knocked themselves out to get my brothers plumbing repaired so his wife could come home from the hospital and be safe. My family has been through a lot and to have a company try so hard to help was a blessing. They even worked with James on the financing as it was a big job. We had zero problems with the work quality or any of the people we dealt with. The whole experience was effortless and we thank them very much for coming to the rescue in our time of need. These guys are the real thing! Did a great job for us when the other plumbers left us high and dry with no drainage! The office staff worked with us to get financing and we couldn't be happier.

They solved the problem no one else could fix! I am so happy that I called Roto-Rooter. I just wish I had called them before. I bought a house with bad plumbing. No one could figure it out and I used 3 different companies. A friend said to call Roto-Rooter and I am so glad. They said my sewer was extra long and full of roots. They had to add more cable to the machine and it's been 3 months with zero problems! Longest I have been able to go without a backup since I bought the house! I will recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone from now on. I am a Happy Customer,

My sewer backed up late on a Saturday night and I was amazed to get a real person answering the phone. She knew her stuff and dispatched someone out within the hour! I got the price before they started and it didn't change. From start to finish was easy situation. I realized that from the time the sewer backed up into my shower until they came out and fixed it and left, was less than 3 hrs! Pretty Good deal!

I had a water leak in my front yard so i called roto rooter. Their plumber arrived in about an hour & repaired the leak without digging up my front yard. Great service and a reasonable price!

My sewer backed up at 11.00 at night, they were the only company to return my phone call. The tech arrived in about 30 minutes & got my line cleared...i will use them again in the future.

They replaced our toilets and did several other plumbing repairs. Very professional people in their office and also the plumbers they sent to our place were easy to deal with. It's hard to find these kinds of professionals anymore. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

This company will rip you off. they do half a$$ work the first time only to send someone else out again to make you spend more money. I would never use this company again even if my house was under 4 feet of water.

Glad I called them. They got there quick, gave me the price before starting, did the work with no problems and the cost seemed very reasinable. Lady in the office went out of her way to get them to my house before I had to go to work. It all worked out great. Other companies either didn't call back or didn't care enough to help with my schedule problem. I'll call these guys again if I ever need them.Very good experience.
