This place is so awful! And after you pay they still will not take it off your credit report! I will never give them another dime! Rude and nasty!

I talked with a Mr. Harding. What impressed me most was that he actually took the time to listen to my concerns. With his help I was finally able to get my situation resolved after trying for months. Thank you Mr. Harding for all your help!

These are some of the rudest nastiest people I've ever spoke to on the phone I was very kind humble and let them know that I could not afford the payment they were asking for and the lady blatantly got nasty and hung up in my face professionalism should be number 1 and key the lady talk to me as if I owed her some money I pray that God will deal with her heart or remove her from her position because she does not deserve her position I called and ask for a supervisor and they put her back on the phone downright disrespectful I am on a fixed income dealing with other health issues and Bill and the last thing I'm worried about is $47. Her professionalism is a zero a triple zero expertise is a triple zero and these times we live in a world where tolerance for disrespect is not acceptable she needs to really be careful and mindful of how she treat people and how she talk to people it's unacceptable.I pray that she changes her ways and the way she talks to people and the ones that are I only put that star there just to be able to leave this review they don't even deserve that one
