I purchased a new home with a pool, friends recommended Pride Pools for my pool needs and so glad they did...from the first-time walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Of course, as a new pool owner, I had lots of questions & concerns...staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and were very patient with all my questions...thank you to my friends for referring Pride Pools, I am a new happy customer & highly recommend them.

We were sold a part that we did not need. When I went to return the unopened package, I was told "no returns" even though they were the ones who said I needed it when I didn't.

I wish I could give 0 stars! We were sold a 33' above ground pool with a salt water system and guaranteed it was salt water compatible. We were lied to and because of that our pool is ruined. The whole pool is covered in rust, the rails have holes in them and the pool wall has holes in it from the rust eating thru. Pride pools won't repair our pool and claims we have to come out of pocket and buy the replacement parts. We shouldn't have to purchase anything bc we were sold an incompatible product by some crooks who just want to make extra commission. The pool was $8000.00 and needs to be replaced! Never buy from them. We were also guaranteed it came with a platinum warranty that doesn't exist, that's why we didn't worry about our pool. We didn't know it was ruined until a professional came out to our house to replace the liner and told us that the pool we had was not a salt water pool and it was unsafe for children. Stay away from this company!!

I have had only good experiences with Pride Pools from the very beginning of our pool build process. All the employees are very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions thoroughly and are polite. Management seems to take good care of their employees, which says alot about a company, they are family owned and operated, being in local business for 40 years. We will continue to use Pride Pools and highly recommend Pride Pools to all my neighbors, family and friends. Thank you Pride Pools for our beautiful backyard escape.

BEWARE - Went in to price a new pool cleaner ($650). Salesperson convinced that I should drop off my old one so they could take a look at fixing it. Sounded very helpful and informal, no mention of a charge. When I picked it up, they wouldn't return it to me unless I paid $60 for the quote of $400 to repair! Bought a new one online for $435. Never go back.
