In a moment of panic Maggie kept me calm and sent a technician out right away. They are wonderful!!! They are super friendly, convenient, and dependable. Highly recommended to all my friends!

I've used Preferred Pest Control for over 5 years. They do a wonderful job! Everyone I've dealt with has been super nice, and they always call ahead to schedule my appointment to make sure I'll be home. On the rare occasion that I have had any issues, they will come by and do an extra treatment for me, even if it isn't time for my next service yet. I recommend them to all of my friends!

I've been using Preferred Pest for over ten years and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them. All employees I've dealt with have been friendly and thorough, from office to field employees. I never have problems with bugs since I've started using them. The few bugs I've seen are dead bugs. They treat my home (and me) with respect. I'm so happy with them that I also use them on a rental property I own.

I've used this company for over a year on several homes. It seems their workers are not always properly trained as several times I've had to call and have them return when the roach problem was not resolved. I've been waiting now for 4 days to hear back from them AGAIN! The house of concern was treated in April (according to their specification of needed treatment), but they came back again in a few weeks later due to recurring bug issues, and now again a month later we are seeing bugs again. Hmmm... wonder how long it will take this time and what excuse they will have now?!

Dependable and honest company! They are local too! My technician, Stanley, comes out in a timely fashion any time I've ever had a bug problem. He also takes care of the problem on the first trip. I'd recommend service to everyone!

My family absolutely loves preferred pest control. I'm not sure why that person who wrote a 2 star review said it took so long for house/emergency call because I have ALWAYS had either same day service and never had to wait longer than the next day for an emergency visit. I'm not quite sure that person is even being truthful in his bad review. The guys that come out are completely professional and the nicest people. This has by far been the BEST pest control company we have ever used. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the Savannah area.

We had the service and when our bathroom was over run with fire ants they were too busy with other customers to come and service the problem. When they finally did come it took multiple visits to get rid of the ants.



Then we find a snake in the house and again too busy to come inspect where itcame in. Made an appoint for 2 weeks away. 2 days later got a call that they had other clients to service on that day and would not come to our home.



Spoke with manager and Owner Tim Jones and I was invited to find another service.I guess the warranty is only as good as the people who back it.



So if you do not want ants or snakes in your home pick a professional.

Preferd pest control has been servicing the apartments I work at for several years and we have gone from many roach infestations to none. they have been wonderful and knowledgeable in the destruction of unwanted pests.

In dealing with this company, the owner Tim was extremely unprofessional when I asked about transferring the existing home policy to a potential new homeowner. He said the new owner would be required to pay a "booster" fee. When I asked why a booster was needed for a house already being treated by them, he could not explain. He also said the monthly contract rate would increase. When I again asked him why, he could not give me a legitimate answer. He chose to handle my questions by refusing to make the contract transferrable to any new potential homeowner and hung up the phone on me. Totally sounds like all Tim is interested in is ripping off customers! Absolutely unprofessional attitude and treatment to clients!!! I would Never recommend using this company!!!
